All u9login accounts are restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money activity on the platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered account at u9login. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your u9login account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify u9login support immediately via live chat or the support email address.
As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, u9login may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued identification card (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals suspended pending completion of the verification process.
All transactions on the u9login platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). u9login accepts deposits via a range of locally supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and FPX online banking. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

u9login does not accept deposits made using credit cards or funds belonging to third parties. Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

The u9login brand name and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of the u9login brand in any context, including impersonation websites or social media accounts, may constitute trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u9login shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

Upon account closure for cause, u9login reserves the right to withhold any funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means will not be returned and may be forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which u9login is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through u9login's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent u9login from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
u9login reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, u9login will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the u9login platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
